The secluded location next to the lagoon was beautiful, but the high prices for everything-including sunscreen that didn't work and tax-were disappointing. It was challenging to get to other restaurants or tours from the hotel, and we had to hope for passes for the water taxi from town or neighboring resorts. the service was good, and breakfast was delicious. the infinity pool was a work of art, and the spa treatments were awesome.
The iPod room controller was a little too cute for its own good.

Christmas in paradise was a great idea. the beach location was perfect, with the ocean just steps away, and the weather was amazing. the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They offered free water activities, such as kayaking and snorkeling that were enjoyable. the resort was very clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere.
The mosquitos seemed to love to spend their Christmas with us too.

This hotel offers a luxurious escape with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the personalized service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had delicious options with a beautiful view, and the private facilities were clean and well-maintained. the location advantages allowed for breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Although this hotel had minimal negatives, we did experience a minor issue with the swimming pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with friendly staff, a great location on a secluded island, and excellent breakfast. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided transportation to charming local low key restaurants in the area.

Great stay!
My partner and I had a beautiful time during our romantic escape. The room we stayed in was comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed the serene location and the view of the water was breathtaking. We took advantage of the many activities offered and found them to be fun and engaging. The pool was sparkling clean and the beach was well kept.
Staff members lacked enthusiasm and were not very helpful. The overall experience was not up to the standard of the prices charged.
